VisiQuick ™ The machine includes one or more measuring stations:

External dimension measurement station

Including one or two high-resolution cameras with a telecentric lens and parallel illumination to measure external features of the container, such as:
- Total height
- verticality
- Curved neck
- Opening parallelism
- Concave mold parameters (such as diameter, long/short sides and diagonals of non-circular containers, height of specified diameter, etc.)
- Any type of precision machining parameters (such as diameter, height, angle, radius, etc.)

Inner diameter and contour measurement station

Including a rotating/translating aperture gauge to dynamically measure the opening and contour inside the diameter
